3d printing figurines

I’ve found a service that makes 3d prints of 3d models you upload. This means I could make figures of all my 3d models, in any pose I choose. They even have a store system like cafepress so I could put a markup on them and sell them

This sounds awesome but I need to experiment, convert files, export them then pay for the test models and see what kind of quality comes out at the other end, and I’m a bit broke at the moment.

SO I’m looking for someone willing to buy a test model print. You tell me which model you want a figurine made of, what pose you want, and I’ll upload it and you can buy it without any markup (i.e. no profit for me)

The pros: A custom figurine of your choice, possibly a one off object

cons: I’m doing this to test the quality so it may look like ass, also I’d need you to provide pictures and feedback

  1. As much as I enjoy figurines, my room lacks the space for a figurine. It’s got too much other junk filling the walls/desks/cabinets/what have you. Still, I hope there’s a call for it, it seems pretty neat.
